Don't believe the online border wait times. I crossed about 1pm with online saying 10 min delay. Took 40 min to crawl 300 metres, then process (90min total crossing). Make sure you have your I-94 AND ESTA to quicken the process. Staff were courteous, but whatever time you allow yourself, triple it. BTW, the Nexus lane splits into 2 when closer to the booths, so stay left as you approach, that lane moves faster

Access is poor Nexus Lane has no clear entry u.s. officers ask the same questions in regular Lanes as they do in the Nexus Lane resulting in an additional amount of delay to get through the Nexus Lane By their own admission they don't care

Going into Canada on a Sunday Night at 8:30pm after popping over to the US for a quick gas up. Very glad they kept the Nexus lanes open for an extended time. Saved me at least 40min of waiting in line. The nexus going into the US was already closed but their line was like 5min.

Not a fan of such a short nexus lane though. With the line up as it was, I initially thought it would take at least 15 min just to reach the nexus branch off but i turned on my GPS and luckily there was a side street to cut some of the line and turn into the nexus lane.

Easy to get through the pavilion. Staff didn't get too nosy, checked my papers, and all was good...
